Custom Amish Kitchens is a husband-and-wife-owned business serving homeowners throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area. Together, we combine decades of remodeling and design experience with the craftsmanship of skilled Pennsylvania Amish woodworkers to create beautiful, functional spaces designed around the people who live in them.

Scott A. Waltenbaugh, owner of Custom Amish Kitchens, is a Pittsburgh-area native with more than 23 years of experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. His hands-on experience spans many aspects of residential construction and remodeling, including framing, carpentry, cabinetry, and finish work.
Scott is also a proud U.S. Army veteran, and brings the same values of hard work, responsibility, and attention to detail to the business he and Stephanie have built together.
Our Connection to Amish Craftsmanship
Over the years, Scott's work became increasingly focused on custom kitchens and bathrooms, giving him the experience to understand not only how a beautiful space should look, but how it needs to function and be built.
Stephanie brings more than 25 years of design experience to the company, with a background in graphic design, web design, and commercial printing. Today, she works with clients to transform their ideas into thoughtful kitchen and bath designs, creating detailed layouts and 3D renderings that allow clients to visualize their new space before the project begins.
Together, we approach every project with the same goal: to listen carefully, design thoughtfully, and create a space that feels uniquely yours.
For more than a decade, we have developed trusted relationships with Amish craftsmen throughout the backroads of Pennsylvania. We've seen their work firsthand and know the care, skill, and integrity they bring to their craft.
That's why we're proud to offer their handcrafted cabinetry and hardwood products to our clients.
Our cabinets are custom-built to your specifications using quality hardwood materials—never particle board. We also offer handcrafted hardwood flooring, trim, shiplap, wood siding, and other custom wood products, all made here in Pennsylvania.
For us, Amish craftsmanship isn't simply about how a cabinet looks. It's about creating something with the quality and durability to serve your home beautifully for years to come.
